Formal Education Programs

Petroglyph National Monument prepares and presents formal curriculum-based programs that incorporate the monument's interpretive themes into your lesson plan. Themes include New Mexico's cultural and natural resources, the geologic and human history of Albuquerque, and the National Park Service.

These interpretive themes are the building blocks that connect students to the park's resources. Educational programs can be presented by a park ranger at the monument or in your classroom.
