ORGAN PIPE CACTUS NATIONAL MONUMENT, AZ. March 23, 2017 – Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument is pleased to announce that recent facility upgrades to Alamo Canyon Campground have been completed. With the installation of a parking pad, wheelchair ramp, and handrails, the restroom facilities at Alamo Canyon Campground are now equipped to better serve the needs of all of our visitors.  

Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument is committed to meeting high standards of accessibility in order to facilitate a welcoming experience for all members of the visiting public. This project was funded by your fee dollars.

Alamo Canyon Campground is a four-site, primitive campground located in the foothills of the Ajo Mountains, and the site of the Alamo Canyon Trailhead. For more information about hiking and camping in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, visit.
