Open spring through fall during the cave-tour season. (See Operating Hours and Seasons: http's://www.nps.gov/orca/planyourvisit/hours.htm). This visitor center offers cave tour ticket sales, information, exhibits about the Oregon Caves and the Siskiyou Mountains, Junior Ranger programs, bookstore, and is the trail juncture for Cliff Nature Trail and Big Tree Trail.
If you need tour tickets, we strongly recommend stopping at the Illinois Valley Visitor Center in Cave Junction first. Long waits and sell outs do occur. Stopping there first before a 45-minute drive will save you time.
