Obed Wild and Scenic River will be observing Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday on Monday January 20th by authorizing one night of free camping at Rock Creek Campground. Martin Luther King, Jr’s Birthday has been designated as the Day of Service in which individuals are empowered, communities are strengthened, barriers are bridged, solutions are created for social problems, and each one of us becomes a part of Dr. King’s vision of a beloved community.
