News Release Date: September 26, 2014 Bring your family and friends and celebrate National Public Lands Day at the Obed Wild and Scenic River. One night of free camping at the Rock Creek Campground has been authorized for Saturday, September 27. Celebrate by getting out and exploring a national park near you. Rock Creek Campground offers a unique camping experience right on the banks of the Obed Wild and Scenic River. There are eleven campsites with grills, picnic tables, and lantern hooks as well as accessible vault toilets.
