State Route 20 Corridor and Ross Lake User Study Briefing and Discussion

Dr. Jane Swanson from the University of Washington will share results from the recently conducted study of State Route 20 corridor and Ross Lake users at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 6th. North Cascades National Park Service Complex is hosting the presentation at its headquarters in Sedro-Woolley and is working with the Economic Development Association of Skagit County to invite representatives from area Chambers of Commerce and hospitality businesses. The study identifies visitor profiles, modes of transportation, destinations, motivation, and other characteristics valuable for business planning and development. This study was funded by the Skagit Environmental Endowment Commission and the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit of the National Park Service.

This will be a 30 minute presentation followed by questions and discussion.

When: Friday, July 6th at 1:30 p.m.
Location: North Cascades National Park Headquarters 810 State Route 20 Sedro-Woolley.
