Ninety Six, South Carolina – Surround yourself with over 300 years of history at Ninety Six National Historic Site’s Revolutionary War Days.  Experience Revolutionary War life through an authentic encampment.  Listen to Colonial music. Visit with reenactors portrayingGeneral Andrew Pickens, General Nathanael Greene, Patriot and Loyalist soldiers, Militia, and Colonial families.  Enjoy special cavalry demonstrations, historic tours, and talks.  Have fun with kids’ games, activities, and the Jr Ranger program.  Listen and learn from a special Author.  Hear the muskets echo across the battlefields. 

The free event will be held Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5.  Scheduled events are held from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm on Saturday, and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday.  Revolutionary War Days is held every other year. 

At 2:00pm on Saturday a special ceremony commemorating the lives lost here during the American Revolution will be held. 

The Park features two Revolutionary War battlefields, the original 1781 Star Fort, an authentic cabin, museum, ten minute interpretive film, VisitorCenter with bookstore, small picnic area, and much more.  Come spend the day discovering Ninety Six National Historic Site for yourself.  The Park is located 2 miles south of the town of Ninety Six on Highway 248.
