News Release Date: October 20, 2015 Glen Jean, West Virginia—The Kaymoor Top Parking Lot will be closed Tuesday, October 20th through Friday, October 23rd, 2015. This temporary closure is in effect to facilitate the construction of improved restroom facilities. The Kaymoor Miners Trail and Butcher Branch trail will remain open during the construction with the exception ofThursday, October 22ndfrom approximately9:00am –1:00pmwhen the lot area will be closed for crane and heavy equipment operations. Limited parking will be permitted along the roadside, please do not park on private property. Parking will also be available at the Arrowhead Trails Trailhead. Visitors are asked to please use caution and be alert to their surroundings when crossing the construction zone. Please make a National Park Service employee aware of your presence before crossing the construction zone- especially during periods of active construction. |
