Camp Brookside Environmental Education Center Leasing Information

 

Short term leasing at Camp Brookside is not available at this time.

Cabin rentals are available for all 7 cabins with a 38 person capacity. Each cabin is equipped with twin sized bunk beds and a locker. Cabins have heat and ceiling fans. A shared wash house is available with men's room, women's room, shower room, and laundry facility. Each cabin is $87.00 per night. A three cabin minimum applies. All overnight visitors must also rent the mess hall and kitchen.

Mess Hall and Kitchen Rentals are available for all overnight guests. Day visitors may rent the mess hall for meetings, conferences, and kitchen use. The mess hall features large tables to seat up to 40 people, field study tools and a large selection of books. The mess hall rental rate is $248.00 per day and includes limited use of a caterer's kitchen. See the lease or contact us for additional information.

• Each cabin: $87.00/ night
• Mess Hall: $248.00/ day
• Total Site Rental: $857.00/ night

*A three cabin minimum does apply on all overnight rentals.

*All overnight visitors must rent the mess hall and kitchen in addition to desired number of cabins.

*Camp Brookside Environmental Education Center will be closed for the winter from December 1 through March 15. Leasing will not occur during this time.

*The NPS will begin taking reservations for leases on March 1 each year. Reservations can only be made for that calendar year (March 15 through December 1).

Additional pricing options may be available for long term use.
