Summer hours to resume at Nez Perce National Historical Park

LAPWAI, Idaho – Nez Perce National Historical Park’s Spalding visitor center resumes 7 days-a-week operation on Sunday, April 5.  Current visitor center operations are 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday. Stop by the visitor center 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. to watch the park film, view museum artifacts, and learn more about Nez Perce culture.

The visitor center will be closed for employee development on March 11. All park sites will remain open to the public.

Save the date for upcoming spring events that include Junior Ranger Day on Saturday, April 18 and Culture Day on May 16. The park will also have guest speakers, Nez Perce demonstrators, and ranger programs throughout the summer; check out our website or follow us on Facebook for our most up-to-date information.
