Help Shape the Future
Visitor Experience at Natchez National Historical Park!
We need your input! Natchez National Historical Park is developing a Visitor Services Strategy to assess the type and quality of services that are offered to park visitors and to consider possible future services like tours, limited food and beverage services, picnic tables, ticket sales, and things we haven’t thought of yet.
The Visitor Services Strategy will include all Natchez National Historical Park sites (the Natchez Visitor Center, Fort Rosalie, Forks of the Road, Melrose, and the William Johnson House).
To gather public input, the National Park Service will be holding two 2-hour virtual meetings, which are free and open to the public. All are welcome to attend. The content presented at each meeting will be the same, with a question and answer session following each presentation. The park management team is eager for feedback on current services, and welcomes suggestions for new services that the park, park partners, and local businesses might offer in the future. Please share your ideas! A recording of the presentation will also be made available online on September 14 (details below). For additional information about the visitor services strategy and instructions for accessing the Microsoft Teams Virtual Meetings please see the attached documents.
