Kids & Youth

Three volunteers in living history uniforms flank a cannon while students ask questions in front of them.
Three volunteers of the Manassas National Battlefield Park cannon crew discuss with students how cannons were used and fired in the Civil War.

Manassas National Battlefield Park has activities for kids of all ages!

From our Junior Ranger Program, to our hiking trails, the Track Trails program, and living history events at the park, there is a little something for every kid at Manassas NBP.
This is the Junior Ranger Logo- it is round with a flat hat in the center.

Junior Ranger Program:

Complete our Junior Ranger program by asking for a booklet in our Visitor Center from our front desk staff and doing the correct number of activities. At the end, return to the front desk to receive your badge and be officially sworn in as a Junior Ranger at Manassas National Battlefield Park!

If you can't visit us at the park, complete activities online. Visit our webpage to learn more and view activities.
