Mushrooms such as the Firm Russula (Russula compacta) and White Fiber Head (Inocybe geophylla) are examples of mushrooms found at Lincoln Home National Historic Site. Constant foot traffic and maintenance activities often disturb the life cycle of these and other species in the park.
