Find Your Trail on the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail During National Trails Day on June 3
Omaha, Nebraska – The Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail beckons adventure and has a story to share with any person willing to experience it. National Trails Day is the only nationally coordinated event designed to unite all muscle powered trail activities with the goal of connecting more people to trails.
Share your experiences along the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail by using the hashtag #HikeLewisandClark, #BikeLewisandClark, and #PaddleLewisandClark. There are many hiking, biking and paddling opportunities along the 3,700 miles of the Lewis and Clark Trail. We look forward to connecting with you.
Each year, on the first Saturday of June, American Hiking Society and the trails community invite Americans of all ages and interests to find their own adventure and discover their unique story at one of the thousands of events hosted throughout the country. Find Your Trail and join us outside during #NationalTrailsDay on June 3.

Ridgefield Big Paddle Festival, Ridgefield, WA
Join the flotilla of kayaks, canoes and stand-up paddleboards for a two-hour interpretive tour or a relaxing recreational one-hour tour. Something for everyone on this fun-filled day - downtown Ridgefield and at the waterfront. Paddling, BIG games, live music, food vendors, beer garden and MORE!

Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail traverses over 3700 miles across the states of Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington and Oregon. It is part of the National Park Service. Its headquarters is located at 601 Riverfront Drive in Omaha, Nebraska where there is a small Visitors Center open to the public year-round. Visitors can obtain American the Beautiful Passes, to include the Annual, Active Military, Senior, Access, and Every Kid in a Park, by stopping by the Visitor Center during open hours.
