The Keweenaw National Historical Park Advisory Commission will convene for its regular quarterly meeting at 1:00pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. The meeting will be held in-person at the Keweenaw National Historical Park Headquarters building and virtually over Zoom.
The meeting will include an update on the work of the Commission and the National Park Service during the last quarter, discussion of plans and projects to be undertaken in the upcoming quarter, as well as questions, requests, and comments from members of the public. Two updates regarding the Keweenaw Heritage Grant program and the expansion of the Heritage Sites program will also be made.
The Keweenaw NHP Advisory Commission, paneled by citizens appointed by the Secretary of the Interior, represents the public and works collaboratively with the National Park Service to advise and assist with managing the resources of Keweenaw National Historical Park.
