South Section Hikes

Choose from a variety of hikes at the south section of the monument. Mountains, forests, and wetlands are a few of the highlights.

Tekαkαpimək Contact Station

Experience Katahdin Woods and Waters, located within the present and traditional homeland of Penobscot Nation, through a Wabanaki lens.

North Section Hikes

The trails in the north section of the monument have a sense of solitude and lead to many scenic views of the East Branch Penobscot River.
