In south Louisiana, we are surrounded by water! There’s swimming pools, bayous, lakes, ponds, swamps, and the Gulf of Mexico. With that much water, Ranger Joseph Ogden goes over the importance of being safe around water and also explains the importance of how to safely help someone who may be in the water and needs help. Even if you aren’t around water often, it’s still good to know how to properly a Personal Flotation Device, or as we call it, a life jacket. Fun with Willie B. Safe and Bobber!
