Isle Royale National Park protects wave-washed shores, boreal forests, island-evolved wildlife, rare ecology, prehistoric copper mining, maritime culture, and more. This rugged landscape has inspired over three decades of artists-in-residence at Isle Royale National Park. Their work has often culminated in opportunities to showcase the art inspired by wilderness and celebrate Arts in the Parks with the broader community.
