About the Artist


Cynthia Cote was an Isle Royale Artist-in-Residence from August 30th to September 14th, 2002. She grew up near Lansing, Michigan but has lived near Houghton over 25 years. She typically works with paper memorabilia.

She is the Executive Director of the Copper Country Commmunity Arts Center in Hancock, Michigan. Learn more about Cynthia by reading a 2017 interview by Kyle Krym.
