Norine Allen, widow of Dr. Charles Allen and longtime neighbor of the Trumans, had four daughters in the same age range as Margaret Truman Daniel.

Anderson, Dr. Gerald
Dr. Anderson was Mary Jane Truman's personal physician. He examined her at the Truman home when she could no longer climb the stairs to his office in Independence. He was socially acquainted with Harry and Bess Truman through the fraternal organizations to which they both belonged.
