Swart will preside over the ceremony and administer the Oath of Allegiance. In addition: At 1 p.m., the United States Field Army Band Brass Quintet will perform a concert at the Homestead Education Center to help celebrate the Centennial of the National Park Service, and to welcome the new citizens.
