Does that bird have a seed eater beak, or a bug eater beak? And what is a raptor, anyway? Find out on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Homestead National Monument of America's Education Center. Jr. Rangers of all ages are invited to a fun and informative program on birding basics. And for those of you ages 5 and up, the self/parent directed Homestead Jr. Ranger activity booklet will be available to complete before or after the birding program. Come to Homestead, become a Jr. Ranger and earn a badge.

"Jr. Rangers are some of our favorite people! And now that spring is here, the prairie and woodland are coming alive withbirds. " stated Superintendent Mark Engler.
