Homestead National Monument of America is pleased to have renowned photographer Eric Fowler talk about photography on September 27, 2015 at 2 p.mat the Homestead Education Center. Fowler, regional editor for NEBRASKAland magazine, will talk about his work as a nature, wildlife and sports photographer to wrap up Prairie Appreciation Week at the monument. The Lincoln Camera Club will also be helping with the workshop. They will loan cameras for participants to use out on the prairie following Fowler's presentation. Pictures will be downloaded for visitors to take home with them. "We are excited about having Eric Fowler at Homestead to share his photographic knowledge and hope participants will share their photographs of the park with others," said Superintendent Mark Engler, "The prairie is particularly beautiful this year."
