Volunteers are very important to the success of Great Sand Dunes. They serve in all branches of the park's operations, including trails, computer database management, Visitor Center operations, interpretive programs, and campground hosts. Some serve for a single day project or special event, while others live in the park and work 4-5 days a week. To inquire about volunteer opportunities, please email or call 719-378-6342. Longer-term (multiple months) volunteer opportunities are posted at volunteer.gov. Thanks for your interest in volunteering!
