Brooklyn, N.Y. –Gateway National Recreation Area (Gateway) is seeking proposals to lease a sports and events center as well as golf facilities in two different locations. The first Request for Proposals (RFP)  is for one of the largest sports and event centers in NYC, with approximately 175,000 square feet of improved space, adjacent fields, and other facilities. The second RFP is a unique opportunity to lease Brooklyn’s only full-size driving range and an 18-hole Par 3 golf course on the doorstep of the Atlantic Ocean in Queens. Both RFPs are open from January 6, 2025, through March 10, 2025.
