Visitor Center and ranger services will be held at the Dover Hotel/“Surrender House,”, located at 101 Petty Street, Dover, on Tuesday, November 15, and Thursday, November 17.

The relocation of services and closure of the adjacent parking lot for Tuesday and Thursday are to allow ample room for equipment and operations for the pouring of concrete of the elevator shaft - a significant part of the primary Visitor Center rehabilitation project.

Hours of visitor access and ranger orientation at the Dover Hotel will be from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During the two days of operations at the hotel, the Eastern National cooperating association sales outlet will not be open.

All other areas of the park will remain fully accessible during their normal operating hours. Those seeking further visitor information may reach the park’s rangers at 931-232-5706 ext. 0.
