Congaree National Park is seeking your help to design a new Junior Ranger patch. The winning design will be embroidered on a patch, which will be given to young visitors who complete the park's Junior Ranger program books. Congaree has Junior Ranger books for three age groups available at the Harry Hampton Visitor Center and on the park's website:ages 6 and under, ages 7-10, and ages 11 and up.

All designs must contain the words "Congaree National Park Junior Ranger". Submit art work by May 10, 2013, to e-mail us or by mail to Ranger Lindsay Compton, 100 National Park Road, Hopkins, SC 29061. The top three submissions will receive prizes and will be voted on by our Facebook fans in late May. The winning submission will become the design for the new patch. To vote, "like" us at facebook.com/congareenp. All entries will become the property of Congaree National Park and the park will reserve the right to edit submissions as the patch design is completed.
