Ocean overwash expected on majority of ORV routes May 8-11

May 06, 2022 Posted by: Michael Barber

From Sunday, May 8 through Wednesday, May 11, the National Weather Service is forecasting strong north to northeast winds and powerful surf, which could result in ocean overwash and significant beach erosion. During this storm period, the majority of ORV routes are likely to become impassable, especially around the hours of high tide.
