Superintendent George Price announces that the meeting of the Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission that was listed in the Federal Register for July 20, 2015has been rescheduled to September 14, 2015 at 1:00pm at the park headquarters, 99 Marconi Site Road, Wellfleet, Massachusetts 02667. "The meeting that was scheduled for July has been cancelled and rescheduled, however the cancellation notice was not picked up by the Federal Register process," said Price. "We apologize if there is any confusion." The purpose of the commission is to consult with the Secretary of the Interior, or his/her designee, about matters relating to the development of Cape Cod National Seashore and specific sections of the Act establishing the seashore. Commissioners are appointed by the Secretary of the Interior and represent the six towns within the seashore boundary, plus Barnstable County, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Secretary of the Interior. ### |
