Families looking for fun on Wednesday, July 27 will want to stop by the Province Lands Visitor Center for an afternoon of games, crafts, and music. The annual Province Lands Mini-Fest, slated for 3-5 PM, is offered in collaboration with the Family Equality Council's Family Week festivities in Provincetown.
National seashore rangers and volunteers will offer face-painting, games, and hands-on fun. Enjoy a lively performance by local musician Zoe Lewis, back for her fourth Mini-Fest appearance. Bring your dancing shoes!
Meet at the Province Lands Visitor Center, 171 Race Point Road, Provincetown. All events are free, accessible, and open to the public.Sponsored by Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
IF YOU GO: The Province Lands Visitor Center is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. Staff members are available to answer questions, assist with planning activities, and provide hiking and bicycling trail information. The visitor center features exhibits on the Outer Cape's natural and cultural resources, orientation films, and a book and gift store with seashore-related items, such as books, maps, games, and puzzles. The 360-degree rooftop observation deck provides views of the surrounding dunes and sea.
