Jackson Gillman is so adept at changing into a wide variety of colorful characters, that he is called the "Stand-Up Chameleon." He might be a salty lobsterman one moment, and then one of the various creatures he comes across while fishing the next. Join Jackson for a rollicking mix of interactive songs, movement, and stories guaranteed to delight and enchant you and your family. Head to Salt Pond Visitor Center at 7 PM on Tuesday, July 5 for a free, one-hour show in which he will host a celebration of nature with an eye to where we fit in and how we can help sustain our world. He will draw on his repertoire from the briny deep to the starry skies.

Jackson Gillman's performances for families, children, and educational groups reach out and touch the audience, making them laugh, making them think, and leaving them delighted. You might find song, dance, mime, or sign language incorporated into his interactive and educational performances; whatever works to bring audiences of all ages along for a ride into his wildly imaginative world of creative adventure. Jackson has performed at Salt Pond many times with educational shows that engage and delight all ages.

This upcoming program is part of the annual "Tuesday Evening Series" at Salt Pond Visitor Center in Eastham. Held weekly at 7 PM in the summer in the air-cooled comfort of the visitor center auditorium, programs focus on the diverse natural and cultural resources on the Outer Cape and are suitable for all ages. Programs are free of charge and accessible. The series is sponsored by Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
