Prospectus for Lodging, Food and Beverage and Related Services at Buffalo National River

Harrison, AR: The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of a Concession Contract to provide Lodging, Food and Beverage, and Related Services at Buffalo Point within Buffalo National River. The contract will be for a term of 10 years beginning on its effective date, which is estimated to be January 1, 2019.  
   
The Prospectus will explain the business opportunity, the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract, the proposal instructions, and the proposal package (including the selection factors).
 
Electronic copies of the Prospectus are available on the Washington Office Commercial Services website at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/buff001-19.htm. If you obtain a Prospectus through the website and you plan to submit a proposal, the NPS recommends that you contact Tracy Simmons at (402) 661-1750 or e-mail us to be included on the NPS contact list, and receive notification of any additional information or updates to the Prospectus that may be released.
 
A hardcopy of the Prospectus may also be obtained by mail or picked up in person at the following address:  Midwest Region, National Park Service, 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68102, and Attention Tracy Simmons. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $35 per copy to be delivered via express delivery or $30 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service.
 
Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by the Chief of Commercial Services, Midwest Region, National Park Service, 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68102 by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on July 26, 2018, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract.
