Great American Outdoors Act Projects

The Great American Outdoors Act has provided funds for a few rehabilitation, restoration, and deferred maintenance projects at the National Parks of Boston. Learn more about the different projects through the links provided below.

  Dorchester Heights Monument Restoration

  Learn about the multimillion-dollar restoration of the Dorchester Heights Monument with funding from the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA).

  Hoosac Stores Warehouse Deconstruction

  Throughout the fall and winter of 2024/2025, contractors will be deconstructing Hoosac Stores Warehouse to prepare the site for future use.

  Building 107 Rehabilitation

  Building 107 will be rehabilitated and renovated into a 61,000-square-feet facility that will serve as the new headquarters for NPB.
