Located on Boston’s Freedom Trail, the Charlestown Navy Yard welcomes over 1.5 million annual visitors. It also serves as a key operational base for National Parks of Boston staff. This project focuses on rehabilitating Building 107, formerly a public works building, and its surroundings at the Navy Yard. The renovated facility will house maintenance shops, offices, and meeting spaces in 61,000 square feet of space.

This project aligns with the Park's Master Development Strategy, enabling office consolidation and reducing operational costs while generating lease revenue from vacated buildings. Rehabilitating Building 107 addresses its current deterioration issues while creating an innovative multi-use facility that will serve as the National Parks of Boston headquarters.
