Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area will host the 24th annual Spring Planting and Music Festival on Saturday, April 27, 2024. This year, the park also celebrates its 50th anniversary, offering a special opportunity for vendors to showcase their traditional arts and crafts to a large, enthusiastic crowd.
A one-time fee of $25 is required for vendors interested in selling crafts during this one-day festival. This fee can also be applied towards an application to be a part of other park-sponsored events such as the Storytelling Festival on September 21, 2024. All vendors will need to bring their own tent, table, chairs, and equipment. Generators are not permitted.
Interested individuals should contact the permit coordinator at (423) 286-9059 ext. 4040, or email. Applications are available here. Craft vendor applications will be accepted up until the day of the event.
For additional information on this special event as well as other events, call (423) 569-9778, or visit online at: https://www.nps.gov/biso/planyourvisit/springplanting.htm.
