National Mall and Memorial Parks relies on partner and volunteer support to help care for most park lands in an around the National Mall. After the closures forced by COVID-19, group and individual volunteer work was suspended at the National Mall. We relied on partners at our Community and Business Improvement District locations and other partners such as the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund to remove debris and weeds, maintain and renew landscapes, and much more.
