Park Programming

Education rangers may be available, based on staffing, to present an orientation or topic-based presentation to your group before you explore the park. Talks are usually 20 to 30 minutes long and typically held at the Arches Visitor Center. Topics include human and park history, plant and animal adaptations, hydrology, geology, and ecology. For more information on any of these programs, please email e-mail us.

The most available timeslots are Fridays (late October through late May) between 8:30 am–3:00 pm MST. While we do our best to accommodate requests, availability is limited.

Classroom Programs

Arches National Park only offers classroom programs for elementary schools in Grand County, Utah. Teachers outside the area are encouraged to browse curriculum materials.
