Entrance PassesAn entrance pass is not required to access Alaska Public Lands . Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money. Interagency America the Beautiful Passes

The Anchorage Alaska Public Lands Information Center inside the Old Federal Building located at 605 W 4th Ave, #105 is open in winter (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Tuesday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. In summer, AAPLIC is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week.
The Fairbanks Alaska Public Lands Information Center inside the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitor Center located at 101 Dunkel St., #110 is open in winter (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. In summer, FAPLIC is open 8 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week. Interagency passes may not be available everyday. Please call (907) 644-3661 (Anchorage) or (907) 459-3730 (Fairbanks) to ensure availability.
If passes are not available at the Alaska Public Lands Information Centers, there are nearby locations that may have passes.
