Cultural demonstrations are provided every weekend between Memorial Day and Labor Day. These demonstrations vary but include pottery-making, drum-making, traditional dances, and bread-baking in an outdoor horno. Three-leaf Sumac

A drink that tastes a lot like lemonade can be made from the berries of the Three-leaf Sumac. From this, the bush gets its common name, the Lemonade Bush.
