Commission business will include opportunities to develop proposals to change federal subsistence fishing regulations, comment on proposed changes to the 2024 Superintendent’s Compendium to clarify the boundaries of the Wrangell-St. Elias resident zone, and discuss possible projects relating to food security resilience. Additionally, a variety of reports will be presented. The meeting is open to the public, and public testimony opportunities are provided. Members of the public are encouraged to participate.
On March 14, the meeting will start at 9 AM and recess for the day at 5 PM or upon completion of business. On March 15, the meeting will start at 9 AM and continue until business is completed. If business is completed on March 14, the meeting will adjourn, and no meeting will take place on March 15.
