VIKING LODGE & CARIBOU CREEK PUBLIC USE CABINS REOPEN

Copper Center, Alaska The Viking Lodge and Caribou Creek Public Use Cabins along the Nabesna Road have reopen for use.  

Both cabins had been broken into and entered by a bear(s) in mid-July. The cabins were temporarily closed and barricaded in order to protect public safety and the facilities.

Visitors should contact the Park Headquarters Visitor Center at 907-822-7250 for the latest information regarding public use cabins.
