National Park Service Fire Management staff will be on-site to monitor the burning. Smoke is expected to be visible in the surrounding area, from the Tok Cutoff Highway or Nabesna road and from aircraft during this time. The piles are expected to burn up to three days.Additional park information is available on the web at www.nps.gov/wrst, or by calling (907) 822-7250 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
