Seneca Falls, NY - A citizenship ceremony will take place inside the Wesleyan Chapel at Women's Rights National Historical Park at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 29, 2008. The ceremony is co-sponsored by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the National Park Service. Up to fifteen participants will take the oath of allegiance on the site where women first demanded the full rights of citizenship, including the right to vote. |
