CREDENTIALS:

Credentials are REQUIRED to cover this event. To request credentials (for personnel or parking for transmission trucks), please complete and submit the media credential application using the hyperlinked form by 4 p.m. ET, Thursday, November 17, 2016.

Information submitted for credentials must be accurate and match the news media identification presented at U.S. Secret Service check points on the day of the event. News media representatives (and transmission vehicles) will not be permitted to enter the event site if they are not properly credentialed.

Please note:

  • Submitting a credential application does not guarantee that you will receive credentials to cover the event. You will be notified of the status of your request by November 24, and credentialed media will receive further information by email at that time.

  • Because of space constraints and safety considerations, access to the press riser will be limited and specific riser credentials will be required. A general press area will be available.

  • An audio-visual mult box will be available on the riser and in the general press area for media to plug into for the event feed.

  • Freelance reporters are required to submit assignment verification in order to receive credentials.

  • Stand-ups and lighting will only be permitted until 4:45 p.m. ET. After 4:45 p.m., all media must turn off their lights.
