Park Closure Due to Typhoon Watch Warning

Due to typhoon Watch condition warning the T. Stell Newman Visitor Center and park restrooms at War in the Pacific National Historical Park are closed. The park gates at Asan Beach and Asan Overlook will remain open until Guam announces Condition of Readiness (COR 2). Once in COR 2 the park visitor center, gates and all facilities will closed and all programs are canceled until conditions are safe to reopen.

The park will resume normal operations when Guam is in COR 4. The closure may be extended to Sunday and some park areas  or facilities may remail closed if needed. We apologize for the inconvenience of closures but they are necessary for visitor and park safety.
