Voyageurs National Park’s Rainy Lake Visitor Center Closed Veteran’s Day and Thanksgiving Day

International Falls, MN:Voyageurs National Park's Rainy Lake Visitor Center will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 for Veterans Day and Thursday, November 27, 2014 for Thanksgiving Day. The visitor center will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the rest of the month.

Visitors are invited to come to the visitor center over the Thanksgiving weekend to view exhibits, watch the park film, hike the Oberholtzer Trail, have a cup of cocoa, and start holiday shopping at Jefferson National Parks Association bookstore. Beginning November 28 through December 6, everyone can save 20% throughout the bookstore. Come out and see the large selection of books, clothing, and gift items.
