NPS Image Monument is located on Grant Avenue between the Kansas Memorial and Grant's Circle. This unit was attached to Col. George W. Neeley's Detached Brigade of Brig. Gen. Elias S. Dennis' District of Northeast Louisiana, stationed at Young's Point, LA and commanded by Col. Joseph B. McCown. |
