Multiple monument located on the old Jackson Road behind the Louisiana Memorial near the entrance to Beulah Cemetery (private). Also, an iron tablet located north of the Louisiana Monument on Confederate Avenue. This unit was attached to Brig. Gen. Louis Hébert's 1st Brigade, of Maj. Gen. John H. Forney's Division, Lt. Gen. John C. Pemberton's Army of Vicksburg, and commanded by Lt. Col. J. T. Plattsmier of the 21st Louisiana Infantry. Company C was commanded by Capt. F. Gomez, and Company D was commanded by Capt. J. C.
