Multiple monument located on the north side of Confederate Avenue, approximately 0.6 miles east of the Tennessee Memorial. Also, a trench marker located on the north side of Confederate Avenue approximately 0.4 miles east of the Tennessee Memorial. At the Battle of Chickasaw Bayou, this unit was attached to Col. Allen Thomas' Provisional Brigade, of Brig. Gen. Stephen D. Lee's Provisional Division, and commanded by Col. Robert Richardson. Afterwards, the regiment was assigned to Brig. Gen. William E. Baldwin's Brigade, of Maj. Gen. Martin Luther Smith's Division, Lt. Gen. John C. Pemberton's Army of Vicksburg, and commanded by Col. Robert Richardson, Lt. Col. Madison Rogers, and Maj. W. A.
