The National Park Service at Valley Forge National Historical Park currently has two historic buildings Each RFP provides the opportunity for an interested individual or organization to submit a proposal to the National Park Service to lease one of these two properties. Whoever submits the proposal for each property, judged best under the RFP selection criteria, will be given an opportunity to negotiate a final lease agreeable to both the offeror and the National Park Service.
The National Park Service ended negotiations with its prospective lessee of the Maurice Stephens house without an agreement to move forward with a lease.
Request for Proposals to lease the historic Kennedy Supplee mansion located on State Route 23 for a commercial use approved by the NPS for a term of ten to fifty years.
